AIR SPICE
OUR Process
Client
AirSpice.bg operates in the premium home-fragrance market, offering handcrafted diffusers, sprays, and candles as a boutique alternative to mass-produced air fresheners. The brand is built on three ideas: natural ingredients, refined craftsmanship, and a long-lasting, balanced scent. Made in the European Union and shipped across Bulgaria, AirSpice has grown since 2015 into a favourite name for premium fragrance, backed by a loyal, quality-driven audience.
Project goals
AirSpice had a loyal audience, but its website matched neither the brand's quality nor its price point. The design looked dated, so visitors couldn't tell they were seeing a boutique, handmade product. Navigation was overloaded and hard to scan, and the mobile version was critically broken — overflowing content, shifting elements, unreadable text. The purchase flow added friction at every step: a confusing table-style cart and a single, endless checkout with no sense of progress. Core e-commerce basics — sorting, product counts, add-to-cart feedback — were missing.
We rebuilt the store around the buying journey — homepage, catalog, product page, cart, checkout, and confirmation — starting from a full UX audit and Nielsen heuristic review. The catalog gained sorting and product counts, the product page moved to a two-column layout with trust badges, and the cart and checkout were restructured with a persistent order summary and clear step-by-step progress. Every page was redesigned for mobile on one scalable design system.

Results
The redesign brought AirSpice's store up to the level of its brand. More than twenty pages were rebuilt across desktop and mobile, and the full purchase journey — catalog, product, cart, checkout, confirmation — was reconstructed to reduce friction. Missing e-commerce essentials were added, the mobile experience restored from broken to on-brand, and a new B2B surface built from scratch. A single, scalable design system now underpins every page, with legal and information content restructured for trust.
